Shipments & Returns



Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS.  We try to use padded envelopes in most cases to help ensure your product remains safe and undamaged which also may cause the postage to be higher than of a regular envelope.  Though to offer less expensive shipping by USPS, we will use regular envelopes, product packaged accordingly, to save you money on shipping. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped without a tracking number which is by regular mail.

Shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Candy Wrappers cannot be combined with regular (USPS) or other non-digital items. They must be purchased separately or with other digital items.


How Do I Return an Item?
If you need to return an item, you must email us at: to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to any fees indicated below.

Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund. 

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning your product. If you ship these items to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse delivery. We will let you know where to return the product.

Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number. 

Include the Following with your Return:

  • Original invoice or packing slip
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of the box
  • Send to the address we provided you

Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed your return.

Return policies and procedures may change without notice. All customers are bound by our return policies and procedures in effect at the time a return is made.
